I passed my test first time and couldn't have done it without my incredible instructor Ala. I used to hate driving but through Ala's persistent patience and constant encouragement, I have grown in confidence and driving is something I really enjoy now. Ala tailored each lesson to what I needed and would always explain things in ways that I could understand. In addition, I'm a shift worker and Ala was always very understanding and flexible with me to book in lessons which suited with my inconsistent availability - this is something I really appreciated and would really recommend Ala for other shift workers who are wanting to learn how to drive. Passed First Time Thanks to an Outstanding Instructor - Rayo! I can't recommend Rayo and GP Driving School highly enough! Before starting my lessons, I'd heard so many stories about how difficult it is to pass the UK driving test that I was genuinely nervous, even though I had several years of driving experience outside the UK. From my very first lesson, Rayo helped me understand that passing the test isn't just about driving, it's about developing safe habits and fully understanding the Highway Code. He explained every small detail with incredible patience and professionalism while always being friendly and approachable. Rayo is extremely polite, honest, and punctual, and he knows exactly when to be strict to ensure you follow the road rules correctly. His teaching style gave me the confidence to improve every lesson and become a much better, safer driver.
