We want you to be in control of your career and working environment whilst also earning money.
That’s why we don’t take handling fees or charge a percentage per lesson – it’s just a simple flat franchise fee each week which covers everything.
We dont tie you into a long contract we know you will love being part of GP Driving School, but if you did want to leave we ask for 30 days notice.
As a progressive business with family values at heart, we care about each and every driving instructor. Opinions and ideas matter to us so we provide an open environment to talk and meet everyone regularly so everyone feels part of our family.
In house standard check training is provided by Guy who is an ORDIT registered trainer and the owner of GP Driving School.

How we support & work with you
Call handling: we book all your driving appointments, including new, amendments and cancellations.
Easy & simple diary management: we run an online diary system which allows you to manage and maintain your bookings.
A diary you control: you decide your working hours by simply managing your time in your calendar. We won’t book anything if you’re not available.
Every ADI Instructor will recieve one week franchise free at Christmas.
